My friend adn I have been debating on this situation for awhile. What if Alice had seen someone else in her vision? What if Rosalie had found someone in a diner, with blonde, curly hair? What if Alcie had rescued a poor man from being lunch to a demonic bear? What if Emmett and Alice fell in love?
To be honest, these two are perfect for each other. Alice is witty and wild, and sometimes have visions that make her uncomfortable in her own skin, and Emmett's giant bear hugs are perfect to dry the invisible tears. Perfect mstch for the adventure they desire, and the depression they loathe in their current spouses. They each need someone who can keep up with their hyper and optimistic ways, who better than each other? (:
